Health Scoring

Colorful Health on the Tab Display

Description

This mod renders multi-tiered health colors when the player tab display is set to display hearts. This replaces the current render that displays increased max health as absorption hearts, then as a numerical value once a player has at least 29 hearts. Most mods that feature increased max health reach this cap.

Old display:

inaction

New display:

Action

Clients on servers without the mod will display total health following Mantle colors, without effects.
Servers with the mod will enable displaying absorption and effects if enabled by the server.
This mod is compatible with servers and clients without the mod, however Mantle is still a required dependency.

On fresh servers, the mod will attempt to create a health objective given that no objective is already in the tab display. This can be disabled.

This mod requires a mod that renders the health bar.
Currently supported mods for 1.16.4 are Mantle and Health Overlay.
Versions for 1.16.3 and before require Mantle.
