The following syringes are:
Healing - heals you but also gives you weakness for a certain amount of time
Adrenaline - gives you speed boost but also damages you
Antidote - damages you and cures poison
Saturation - saturates you and deals some damage
Steroid - makes you stronger but it also makes you dizzy
Defence - gives you resistance but also makes you unable to attack

Amethyst Shard + Iron Ingot + Glass Bottle = Syringe
Syringe + Nether Wart + Mushroom = Healing Syringe
Syringe + Sugar + Any Flower = Adrenaline Syringe
Syringe + Crimson Fungus + Warped Fungus = Antidote Syringe
Syringe + Carrot + Golden Carrot = Saturation Syringe
Syringe + Glowstone Dust + Blaze Powder = Steroid Syringe
Syringe + Raw Iron + Scute = Defence Syringe
