This mod register the range harvest effect to vanilla dispenser block and shears.
Harvest items are inserted into the adjacent inventory or dropped in front of the dispenser block.

About Effective Items default tool : vanilla shears (5x2x5 block area) You can edit the effective tools or effective range with a json file. (config/defeatedcrow/dispenser/shears_item.json)
Effective Target Crops - vanilla crops - reeds - pumpkin and melon - cactus - IGrowable implemented blocks (At that case, when the IGrowable block returns false at #canGrow method, the harvest effect will be occur.)
