This Mod Adds items and changes vanilla recipes that makes Early Game (or start of the world) harder.
It Adds:
Copper Tools and Gear (better than stone but can only mine blocks of stone level and also they have gold level enchantability)
New Resources (Sturdy Stick, Mud Ball, Raw Iron Nugget)
Healing Stew (also a better variant)
Changed Vanilla Recipes (stone tools need one flint in recipe and instead of cobblestone, they need stone)

It's Highly Recomended to turn off NATURAL REGENERATION gamerule for healing stew to have a use and for regen relic.
It's also Recomended to instal JEI (Just Enough Items) mod to see recipes.
If you want NATURAL REGENERATION back, then you can craft Regen Relic that will bring back NATURAL REGENERATION.

Warning: Any mod that changes stone, iron, diamond tool/weapon recipe will break this mod recipe for example Quark.
