--What is GCR like?
Development of this mod is assisted by AI tools (ChatGPT/Gemini) for brainstorming, research and code assistance. All design decisions and final implementation are fully reviewed and maintained by the author. :D
Exquisite model：
GCR employs models in the more precise gltf format, rendering exquisite and detailed LowPoly-style Mesh models, providing you with a truly unique visual experience.
Animation and details：
GCR has a powerful first-person animation system that not only offers smooth model animations and camera effects, but also enables the linkage of UI effects.
Weapon modification：
GCR offers a flexible and comprehensive modular tree system. You can replace the grip, handguard of the firearm, install a scope, and even adjust the positions of the accessories on the rail to accommodate multiple accessories!
Each accessory will alter the different attributes of the firearm, turning a gun into an SMG, an assault rifle, or even a DMR.
Cool special effects：
GCR has added specially designed shader effects to both Vanilla Minecraft and Iris Shaders. When shooting, the muzzle flash illuminates the weapon model and the environment, providing you with an amazing impact sensation and immersive experience!
High performance：
GCR completely abandoned the original rendering pipeline of MC and redesigned the GPU-based renderer, making it compatible with Iris Shaders. This enabled the game to handle rendering tasks that were previously beyond its capabilities (we have tested the mainstream shader packs and they all run normally).
Note! If you are using YSM (Yes Steve Model), please be sure to turn off the rendering of the little people on the screen.
