Ghost Replay

Inspired by Ezio's spectral memories in Assassin's Creed.

When you die, the mod records your last 10 seconds, position, head, pose, equipment, swings, hurt flashes. After respawn, when you return near the death spot, a ghost wearing your own skin manifests at that location and re-enacts your final moments. Plays three times, then fades.

• Captures last 10 seconds of your previous life up till moment of death.
• Renders a ghost with your real skin (slim/wide auto)
• Ghost that glows bright and has a blue outline
• Eerie messages
• Armor, held items, and capes rendered
• Lazy spawn: ghost appears only when you return within 32 blocks of death
• Persists across server restarts (one pending ghost per player)
• Visible only to you, other players never see your ghost
• Configurable record window, loop count, spawn radius, alpha

Install side

Both sides. Dedicated server and every connecting player's client both need the jar. Singleplayer: one install covers both.
