Uses LWJGL's native gamepad support to allow players to control their boats using a controller!
Mainly used for ice race tracks
(tested with windows 10 and a wired xbox one controller, any and all issues relating to different environments should not be reported here and will not be resolved as this is just using GLFW's api.)
