Gac14 Worldguard Core

This Library Provides various APIs which are used to implement per-chunk World Access Control.

This Library requires Gac14 Core which includes the Gac14 Permission API.

This Library requires a Provider to successfully operate, and only exposes APIs to be used by consumers. It does not directly implement many of these APIs directly.
