A simple mod that makes powered/activator rails turning on/off up to 4x faster.
Works on modded rails too!
It does this by removing the expensive and wasteful recursive method calling that rails in minecraft do. Instead opting for a much faster check by a single powered rail, this also allows for more optimizations.
