Futurepack Fixes No longer need as fixed in lastest builds

Description

This fixes the bug from Futurepack #537 where the research require a generator that you can not get until you go to menelaus, but you need menelaus to get it.  This replace all of the default research with the Infusion Generator to go to require the Water Turbine.
