FRSM - Decayed World Extension

Here I Introduce to you DWE a.k.a Decayed World Extension.
It's an Extension for the Mod FRSM (that means, it will not work without FRSM)

What adds this Mod? It adds decayed version of FRSM Blocks, and of vanilla Blocks in future aswel.
It's made mainly for Building, as Decoration (can be made Survival-Mode compactible if requested)
for Post-Apocaliptic Worlds/Maps. To add a feeling as if the world as we know it
was destroyed long ago... and this is left...
