I made this mod as a way to progress further past netherite tier.
In order to get Frogginite you must first enter the end and mine an ore named Froggininte ore(Mined with Netherite Pickaxe) Then you must smelt the ore to get Frogginite Scrap, and finally to get the ingot surround a netherite ingot with Frogginite Scrap for Frogginite Ingots and make your armour out of the ingots like you would normally craft armour.
