Freezma is a simple mod that makes snowball slow down mobs and players (if specified in config)
In order to give you a better experience and the ability to customize some parameters to your liking, it's necessary to install: ClothConfig and it's also marked as dependency, so you need to install it.
Duration (in miliseconds), and other things can be easily tweaked in (.minecraft/config/freezma.json).
