Free Anvil Repair is a small NeoForge utility mod that changes anvils into permanent repair stations.
Instead of requiring experience levels, repair materials, duplicate items, or escalating prior-work costs, this mod lets players repair damaged gear directly at an anvil.
Features:
- Place one damaged item in the left anvil slot.
- Leave the right anvil slot empty.
- The output becomes the same item fully repaired.
- Repairing costs no XP.
- Repairing consumes no materials.
- Repairing does not require duplicate items.
- Anvils no longer degrade or break from normal use.
- Item data is preserved where possible, including enchantments, custom names, trims, and modded item data.
