FOV Effects Backport is a backport of the newer version FOV Effects slider to older versions (forge).
It allows you to adjust how much your field of view changes from sprinting, speed effects, etc... from 0% to 100%. It's entirely client sided and has no peformance impact.
Vanilla: slider added to the nomal Video Settings screen
Angelica: compatible with Angelica (integrated in the Video Settings menu)
Only english translations are support for now. (from the official 1.20.1 one)
