This is just a simple mod the block new players from joining the server after a lock has been activated. Once a lock has been activated with "/lock enable", all new players will be immediately kicked from the server with the message "Server is currently locked. Please try again later" or a custom message set via the command. Locking can then be disabled via the same command (/lock).
