This server-side mod optimizes the fluid far from players by delaying its ticking.

Ticks of fluid in FTB Chunks/Open Parties and Claims claimed areas or force-loaded chunks will never be delayed.
Fluid will still tick when you walk close to it. You will never get freezing water block in caves.
This mod is inspired by the original DIT.
