Adds arrows that carry fluids
When a fluid arrow hits a block it places a fluid source at that block
When a water arrow hits an entity it sets its air level to 0 causing ~1 heart of drowning damage; especially deadly underwater
water arrows are craftable with a water bucket, an arrow and a slime ball
So far only water has been implemented, lava is coming soon^tm
Optional ThrowableFluids integration is included for additional crafting recipes
