This mod requires Cyclic. Cyclic has a fluid hopper which acts like a normal Minecraft hopper, but it transports fluids. This mod adds a minecart version of the hopper similar to the normal hopper minecart. This minecart will not pick up liquid blocks. It will only extract liquids from anything that supports liquids (tanks, tank minecarts, fluid hopper, etc). The minecart also does not push the liquids downwards into a tank on it's own. You will need a liquid hopper in between to do this.
