Flowing Background makes the dirt background texture behind screens flow upwards.
This mod was inspired by Indev's animated title screen, and it also supports replacing the title screen panorama with a flowing dirt background.
Requirements
This mod only needs Fabric Loader. Fabric API is not needed.
