This mod was made for the Elytra FOSSJam.
Get Press Plates from defeating Iron Golems or from a crafting recipe, then craft them into Iron Gauntlets. Wear one on each arm and charge them up, then hit mobs to catapult them into the air! This takes a decent chunk of durability, but it'll kill many mobs with no problem.
If you have five Iron Gauntlets, you can craft them into one Compressed Gauntlet, if you dare. These take longer to charge and use a lot more durability, but it's worth it. Trust me.
The mod has plenty of config options for balancing itself out, so it's a fun thing to have in modpacks. If you want a guide for the mod, there's a short video here.
