fix GPU memory leak

Description

A mod that fixes some bugs which leak resources within GPU memory, causing issues like these:

• GL_OUT_OF_MEMORY
• GL_FRAMEBUFFER_INCOMPLETE_ATTACHMENT
• GL_INVALID_FRAMEBUFFER_OPERATION

No known incompatibilities, should work with any other mod.
