Final star nerfing

I think that the final star recipe is very easy. This mod makes it harder. Download also the .JSON ( Link Removed: http://www.mediafire.com/file/gzsbzg6yb9qmoy3/FSN-helper_script.zs/file ) file to make it work as intended.
