Build a bridge from FermiumBooter to MixinBooter.

MixinBooter is an advanced mixin booter mod, and we encourage the usage of MixinBooter.

So, FermiumBooter will be replaced with FermiumBooterDepoliticization, and the mod will using MixinBooter. This will solve all incompatibility issues caused by the mod requiring the use of FermiumBooter.

This mod is not a patch for FermiumBooter. It replaces FermiumBooter. Therefore, FermiumBooter needs to be uninstalled when to use this mod.
