Fairer Phantoms
Makes Phantoms more fun and interesting to fight against with two additions:
- Dropstun - Phantoms, when hurt, will struggle to fly away for a moment. Level and duration of effect can be altered in the config.
- Phantom Kings - Size 10 Phantoms who, when killed, set off a Chain Reaction and kill all surrounding Phantoms in the vicinity. They're so satisfying to take down! By default, spawn 12% of the time a normal Phantom would. This chance can be altered in the config too.
