Increases the possible maximum setting for the "Weather Effects Radius" option.
The default maximum radius for weather particles when combined with vanilla Minecraft's particle system leaves a lot to be desired in the visual department, in my opinion. This mod improves on that by increasing the maximum possible setting for the "Weather Effects Radius" option.

- Why does it cap out at 15?
- There are a few caps set on this option; it is set to 15, as that's the maximum amount with minimal tinkering. It will hopefully be increased in the future.
- Is there a performace hit?
- Almost certainly. While I haven't tested the exact value, keep in mind that you are adding multiple blocks' worth of particles for every increase.
- Will this impact mods?
- If they use the vanilla Weather Effect Radius setting, then yes.
