Adds recipes for all currently un-craftable items in Cobblemon and Create integration.
Included are ways to create honey, honeycombs, and milk for players/servers who prefer no passive mob spawning. This includes a change to the master ball recipe to not require a nether star, but allow it to be crushed down into a nether star for no hostile mob spawning play as well.
