Evil Regeneration is a mod that adds a totem of dying, when held, it will kill the entity upon regenerating health.
In order to obtain this totem, brew a totem of undying with a fermented spider eye.
No and no. Although this mod should be compatible with 1.19, 1.19.1 and 1.19.2.
