Everything Wrench turns any item into a wrench that other mods will accept. Craft an item together with a wrench from another mod, and it becomes a wrench while keeping its original name.
Use it with mods that have wrench interactions, such as Mekanism, and rotate, pick up and configure machines with whatever happens to be in your hand.
