(I'm not good in English, so there maybe mistakes!).
This mod adds one mob: "Error". After death, it will respawn next to where it died and shoot an arrow (there is a small chance to summon an explosion). And it can teleport like Endermans. Like Enderman, after being killed, an Ender Pearl will drop. Maybe this mod will not be updated anymore.
