Enhanced Pearls

Items Added:

- Calibrated Pearl: allows you to teleport to any of your friends;
- Cracked Pearl: the single-use variation of Cracked Pearl.

Enchantments Added:

- Multidimensional: allows you to teleport to another dimension;
- Postmortem: saves your pearl slot similar to keepInventory rule.

Crafts:

- Calibrated Pearl: by right clicking with the vanilla ender pearl on a lodestone block;
- Cracked Pearl: by smelting in a furnace;
