Ender Totem adds only one block to the game, the Ender Totem.
The recipe for this block is as follows:
When the block is placed and a dragon egg is placed on top, the totem will cause all ender dragons in a range of 100 blocks to be dragged in close and rendered motionless. This allows for ender dragons to become a farmable boss.
