End Respawn Anchor

Description

This mod adds the End Respawn Anchor. End Respawn Anchor makes you possible respawn in the End just like Respawn Anchor does in the Nether. Ender perls or Ender eyes can be used as fuels. Note that you will always respawn in the End wherever you die.
