This mod does three things to disable all the enchantments in MC.
Tweak enchantments' canApplyAtEnchantingTable attribute to false.
When an item stack with enchantments is ticking in players' inventory, remove its enchantment tags.
When players open a container, check all the items in it and if any of them is enchanted, remove its enchantment tags.
