Specifies what items have what enchants through a config
Find "enchant_specifier.json" in the config folder
This mod can also disabled enchanted book from appearing in all loot tables (replaced with normal books) & village trades (trade removed)

A few notes:
- This mod does not completely remove enchanted books being obtainable. Depends on mods installed but you can obtain enchanted books with recipes & other means.
- The max enchant level is 127. This is just the way Minecraft works & I cannot change it.
