1: find ehores and get 93 of them dont worry theyre easy to get. turn them into 10 ehblocks and build a portal with them. use the remaining 3 ehores to make an ehniter to ignite the portal.
2: you dont have to do anything in that dimension but you can summon an iron golem except the iron blocks are ehblocks, right click the very bottom ehblock to summon haktan.
3: kill haktan to get eh.
4: right click to throw explosive projectile with your eh.
