The mod add a single new item: a Plasma Sword.
The sword itself is quite powerful, coming in at +12 damage, and 4 attack speed.
In addition, There are many special abilities that comes with the sword.
You can fire small plasma projectiles, large (and explosive) plasma projectiles, and last of all, you can spin around, and attack everything in a radius.
NOTE: This item does not contain a crafting recipe. You will have to add it using CraftTweaker or something similar.
