adds a few warp commands, for server usage mainly:
/spawn warps you to spawn (if youre in the overworld)
/home warps you home (if youre in the overworld)
/sethome sets a home
/back teleports you back to your last deathpoint (any dimension)
/delhome <playername> delets the home of player X, only accessible by admins
