Dynamic Mining Delay

Features

• Set the mining delay to any number of ticks between 0 and 10
• Toggle between modified and vanilla behavior
• Supports creative and survival mining, including "Instant Mine" tools

 The above image demonstrates the effects of the tick delay when using an "Instant Mine" tool, when in creative mode, and when using an Efficiency V tool. In vanilla Minecraft, the default delay is 5 ticks, except with instant mine tools where the delay is 0 ticks. See the minecraft wiki for more details.

Based on a similar mod by CovenantTurtle which was built on the foundations of older mods.
