Don't run with scissors. Everybody knows that is life's number one rule. If you do it, you're a fool. Yet somehow this game allows you to run with shears in your hand. This might give players the false belief that running with scissors is perfectly safe. By installing this mod, you will ensure you set the right example by stopping yourself from sprinting with scissors. And if you really want to teach the right lesson, enable damage in the config.
