Discord Chat Integration

A chat/log integration mod for Discord & Fabric!

Has a few advantages over other options out there right now:

- Uses embeds for user messages instead of just plaintext (I do not, in fact, have chlamydia)

- Uses embeds for join/leave messages, as well as updates like achievements

- Server Start/Stop messages have formatting

Uses Cloth for configs. Here's whats configurable right now:
