Dimensional Flight Ban

This mod allows server admins and modpack creators to prevent creative mode flight in specific dimensions.

Mainly created for modpacks that include twilight forest, I hated to see how easy it was to run through the TF progression if you can fly.

Commands:

• nf add <dimensionId> : Ban flight in the specified dimension. e.g. "/nf add -1" will ban flight in the nether
• nf sub <dimensionId> : Allow flight in the specified dimension. e.g. "/nf sub -1" will allow flight in the nether
• nf list : List all dimensions that that ban flight.
