Dead Totems

So - the vanilla Totems of Undying are kinda garbage - they require a lot of effort to get, but they disappear on first use. That makes them almost never worth the effort.

This mod fixes that in a simple way - after a Totem of Undying is used, it changes into a Dead Totem, which you can repair in an anvil. Don't be too reckless though - if you die, all the dead totems you had will vanish forever (configurable).
