A Simple Mining Dimensions Mod with 4 portals that you create out of raw gold blocks in 1.18, in 1.19 you need to create some reinforced obsidians with gold and iron in the shape you would a nether portal,
Then you light it using your chosen igniter:

You need to create Iron reinforced obsidian for the surface, and gold reinforced obsidian for the underground/caverns, Just surround an obsidian block with 8 iron ingots for 4 Iron reinforced obsidian, or 8 Gold Ingots for Gold Reinforced Obsidian
