This mod disables lighting that comes from active redstone, repeaters, and comparators so large redstone builds do not have to run nearly as many light calculations.
If you would rather have centralized bundle of tweaks for 1.12.2, check out Universal Tweaks by ACGaming! That mod has a No Redstone Lighting option for everything other than redstone torches!
