Add 3 items:
an explosive item,
an item that will generate fire or burn you
and one that will attract lightning,
creepers and ravagers will drop the explosion one, blaze and magma cube will drop the fire one and witches or enderman will drop the lightning one.
all these items are shaped like a skull with small differences, the skull indicates the danger, be careful it has a countdown! no matter where it is, on the floor in the inventory!

although they will not always drop the items, there is a certain possibility
to explode, burn or electrify XD
