Creeper Confetti (Fabric port)

A simple Minecraft mod replaces the Creeper explosion with nice and harmless confetti.

Original mod by SR2610. Ported to Fabric by su226.

There are 3 config options available:

• Chance for a creeper to explode into confetti.
• Ratio of damage if a creeper will explode into confetti.
• Chance to play sound effect if a creeper will explode into confetti.
