The idea behind this mod is that the backtanks can also act as a Torsion Spring Battery. It stores the rotational energy as potential energy just like a battery. This mod adds the Torsion Motor.
It can be crafted like this. When place down it will be empty, but you can right click it with a backtank to attach the backtank. Then power with redstone to activate it.
