Create Numismatics Leaderboard adds one simple command
/numilb leaderboard
Returns a table in chat, a leaderboard showing the net-worth of all players as evaluated by their Create Numismatics currency in their inventory and in their bank.
Updates its dataframe periodically and on command run.
Retains data for offline players unless disabled in config.
