Create more crying obsidians

Adds:

• recipe for Crying Obsidian
• 15 new colors of Crying Obsidian
• 17 variants of Reinforced Obsidian
  • Grants different effects to players who step on them, depending on its color
  • Each color has a different number of uses
  • Requires RPM
• Obsidian Breaker 
  • Transform any crying obsidian variation into cracked obsidian for easier mining
• Obsidian-Coated Netherite Sword, Axe, Pickaxe, Shovel, and Hoe
  • each have special abilities in exchange for colorful obsidian dust
• Obsidians Walkers and Obsidian Staff 
  • Allows walking on lava
